Hardware and / or Software Maintenance
With comprehensive service level agreements in place Compnent acknowledges the importance of replacing client's broken hardware or repairing any software gliches immediately so that no business is lost or relationships damaged during down-time. We also offer the client budgetary foresight. This involves securing a monthly cost for maintenance which is applicable regardless of the scale of the incident or repair required. We can tailor make a contract to suit the client. When equipment is down and needs repair or new component parts a loan machine is offered in the interim. Our contract ensures that the components and machines are replaced should they be irreparable to ensure it's 'business as usual' and our software agreements ensure that a technician and consultant is onsite regardless of the hour to detect the error and reinstall and programme that is faulty. With a Compnent Maintenance agreement in place you never have to worry about not being able to do the job, you have an entire team waiting to get you up and running again no matter what the time or place. |

Shared Risk Maintenance
A shared risk scheme has been developed whereby the support of all applications and software resources are covered by Compnent on a monthly basis as well as the labour costs associated with the upkeep of the systems. The client bears the risk should a component or consumable be damaged. This is an example of one of the packaged deals however we work together with our client to devise the most technically appropriate package to ensure they are receiving the best service and offering for their unique environment. Compnent is flexible enough to acknowledge that each client is different and nothing is set in stone other than our superior service and quality. | ||

Time & Material Support
Compnent also extends its services to clients who do not require contracts. We make parts available and technical support is charged on an hourly basis. As with all our business relationships we offer unrivalled turn around time and the extended services needed to make a new hardware or software component effective with in a larger organisational network. |
